Function/Position Description:
Sales for Packaged Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1.Generate business for crushing and screening/ mineral processing products
2. Project houses and end customer visits in mining and aggregate industry.
3. Sales promotional activities
4. Techno – commercial proposals preparation
5. Handling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusion
6. Order closing and sign off with client
7. Payment collection as per PO terms

Lean Responsibilities

1. Identifying improvement projects and submission of kaizens

Safety Responsibilities
1. Follow all safety norms as per group EHS policy
2. Ensuring safety of reporting team members

Key Performance Indicators
1. Achievement of order input as per targets
2. Achievement of collection targets

Qualification
Required : B.Tech – Mineral processing /Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
Desirable: B.Tech – Mineral processing /Mechanical /Chemical Engineering

Experience:

No of years: Minimum 5 Years in sales & marketing in mineral processing/ sand & aggregate/ crushing & screening industry
