Key Responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information system of the Company to include budgeting, planning and conservation of assets.
- Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in financial and management information systems for the Company.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendation.
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business / operational plans, projects, programs and system.
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
- Serve on planning and policy making committees.
- Oversees financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
- Oversees the fund and financial management in regards to the Banking operations of the Company.
- Oversees the functioning of Company’s ERP & IT Administration.
- Implementing Fiscal Closure policies and monitoring period-end procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
12+ years of experience post qualification
- 5+yrs experience in SAP environment
- Practical Exposure to IFRS
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Leadership skills
SAP Skills:
- SAP FI (Mandatory) – Financial Accounting in Trading domain
- SAP CO (Mandatory) – Management Accounting in Manufacturing domain
- SAP FM (Mandatory) – Funds Management in Automobiles domain
- SAP TRM(Preferred) – Treasury & Risk Management in Treasury (Imports/Exports)
