Position Title : Asst.-Dy. Manager – F -Div – Prod. Operations
Work Location: Tumkur. CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO TUMKUR.
Job Responsibilities :
Experience in a mass production environment in an automotive domain & Ramp up support.
Knowledge on Production and Production planning
Stock Reconciliation and Monitoring of productivity
Process optimisation and PPAP preparation, handling customer portals
Problem solving Attitude with applying Quality tools like 5- why, CAPA, RCA,
Managing Production by understanding the Customer requirements / Project requirements.
Capability to understand the technical issues in production and analyse the failures and eliminate it.
Understanding the internal / Customer quality requirements and implementing them with process structure and documents.
Monitoring the Production performance by collecting the necessary data and analyse.
Competencies like :Good Team player , self confident , proactive thinking , Balanced decision making, Leading team.
Other Requirements :
Age : Minimum : 25 to 35 yrs
Education : Diploma/BE
Years of Experience : Min 8 to 10 Years
Skills & Competencies : Proficient in oral & written communication. Independently draft written communication.
Industrial Background Preference : Medium OR Large Size / Manufacturing Industry. Preferably Production, Process, Quality, Customer Focus Driven Unit.
Compensation : As per company norms. However not limited to deserving candidates.
Approximate CTC Range : 6 to 8 LPA
